Shipping, Returns & Refunds

At oosseia, every order is prepared with care to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and in perfect condition. We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable experience from the moment your order is placed to the moment it reaches you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Orders cannot be shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary express shipping on all orders.

United States & Canada
Orders are shipped via express service and typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery in certain circumstances.

International Orders
For destinations outside the United States and Canada, delivery typically arrives within 3-5 business days, however please allow up to 10 business days depending on location and customs procedures.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We are therefore unable to accept returns once products have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
